Yo tmb estoy haciendo un cosplay suyo, intentaré explicarte como arme el sombrero:

Lo dividí en partes (La parte del sombrero con la forma de la cabeza, y tres partes semicirculares -que le dan la característica forma.

Uní las partes semicirculares al sombrero "central" pegales alambre con pegamento por el borde, hazle ruedo por encima y ahí le queda la forma perfecta n_n

Me faltan las flores doradas del traje... Greagnrgñjfbahdefuhwssaldsak me vuelven loca! Hay que bordar mucho u_u

Y bien, eso fue todo y ojalá que hayas comprendido
